INDIAN STYLE EGG MACARONI | SIMPLE | QUICK AND HOME-MADE

Ingredients

  • Cardamom                   – 2
  • Cinammon                   – 1 medium stick
  • Clove                              – 2
  • Oil                                   – 3 tbsp
  • Onion                             –  2
  • Tomato                          –  3
  • Ginger Garlic Paste    – 2 tsp
  • Green Chilli                  – 4
  • Macroni                        – 500gms
  • Egg                                – 6
  • Chilli Powder             – 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala           – 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt                               – 3 tsp
  • Corriander                 – few
  • Pudina                        – few
  • Water                          – 100ml

Instruction

Boil Macroni until it is 3/4th done and drain the water and mix it few drops of oil so that they dont stick together.

Recipe

Add oil to the pan, when the pan is heated cardamom, clove, cinnamon to the pan. Onion is fried well until turns golden brown then ginger garlic paste is mixed well and roasted. Tomato is cooked until it is mashed, along with that coriander and pudina leaves are added and stirred. Now chili powder and garam masala powder is added and mixed thoroughly, add water and bring it to boil, so that the raw smell of masala goes away. Adjust the consistency then add egg one by one and scramble well. put all the macaroni and mix well and simmer it for 10mins.

SERVING: 4 approx
